Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the BuzzyStores apps operated by BuzzyStores: BuzzyStores (for customers) and Buzzy Dispatch (for delivery drivers).

Option 1: delete it in the app

  1. Open the BuzzyStores or Buzzy Dispatch app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (in Buzzy Dispatch also available under My Profile).
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you cannot use the app, send an email to info@buzzystores.com with the subject Delete my account and the phone number you use to sign in. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Store and restaurant owners (Buzzy Vendors)

To delete a Buzzy Vendors account in the app:

  1. Open the Buzzy Vendors app (or the vendor panel in your browser) and sign in.
  2. Open the account menu (on a phone, the person icon at the top of the screen).
  3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE or your phone number, and confirm.

Your stores go offline and disappear from BuzzyStores right away, you are signed out and can no longer sign in with that number. Within 30 days we delete your account, store profiles, product catalog and photos. Order and payment records are kept as described below.

If you cannot use the app, send an email to info@buzzystores.com with the subject Delete my vendor account and the phone number you use to sign in. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, phone number and email address
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Shopping carts and wishlists
  • Ratings and reviews you have written

What we keep and for how long

  • Order, delivery and payment records, which we are required to keep for accounting purposes under Swedish law (Bokföringslagen) for up to 7 years. They are not used for anything else.
  • Card details are never stored by us; they are held by our payment provider, Stripe.
  • App crash reports, linked only to an internal account number (no name or phone number), deleted automatically within 90 days.
