BuzzyStores is a commerce SaaS platform where You can buy and sell, and so we do not own a physical store. Once Client places the order on our platform, the order will be delivered to Client’s designated location by the individual Vendors on the platform or may be picked up by Client at the Store per Client’s convenience.

To register as a Partner on BuzzyStores please click on the Partner Registration button: Store Registration and follow the flow: 1. Fill in Your personal details (Name, Email, Mobile phone number) 2. Setup Your password and proceed to Partner details 3. Submit all necessary details required for Partner: Company Name, Company Location, Company Details, valid ID Card, Company Website, Brand Logo and Banner 4. Carefully select the categories Your business falls. You may select up to 3 categories to ensure better discoverability of Your goods / services. 5. Read and Accept the BuzzyPartner Terms & Conditions. 6. Click on the Submit button and get the approval.
To be registered as a Partner and sell on BuzzyStores, You need: Business Registration Certificate Valid National ID card Company Name, Company address, Your Brand logo and banner per guidelines here.
Registration as a Partner on BuzzyStores is simple, easy and takes 5 minutes on average. It includes 3 steps: 1) You register Your Store -> 2) our BuzzyService Team checks the details provided -> 3) You get the approval within 24 hours, provided all Your details are correct. In case of unclear / inaccurate information, our BuzzyService Team will contact You to clarify the details and guide You through the process.
Partners are highly welcome to upload all their goods / services on BuzzyStores platform without any limitation and at no costs.
BuzzyPartners can personalize their storefronts for the best fit to their brands. BuzzyPartners may use BuzzyStores Builder tool for their Store Look&Feel customization, incl. layouts, visuals, messaging, colors. At the same time there is a minimal bar BuzzyPartners need to meet to ensure better CX for BuzzyClients and BuzzyPartners, thus, for joint success.

We ensure greater visibility for BuzzyPartners, participating in Circularity, Entrepreneurship and Social Impact programs. At BuzzyStores, we honor Clients’ choice. We cannot guarantee sales to Partners on behalf of our Clients. At the same time, we guarantee our BuzzyClients reach, flexible promotional opportunities, and full analytics visibility to enable greater sales.
here are 2 Dispatch options available for BuzzyClients per Clients’ choice: 1. BuzzyPickUp: Clients may pick up their orders at one of our BuzzyPickUp Points per Client’s convenience; 2. BuzzyDoorstep: Clients may get their orders delivered to the doorstep of their designated location.
There are 3 Dispatch options available for BuzzyPartners: 1. BuzzyDispatch: BuzzyStores is a seller & dispatcher, the goods are sold from BuzzyStores warehouse; 2. CoDispatch: Partner is a seller & BuzzyStores is a dispatcher, the goods are sold from Partner warehouse; 3. PartnerDispatch: Partner is a seller & a dispatcher, the goods are sold from Partner warehouse. You are encouraged to contact our BuzzyService Team for advice here.
BuzzyPartners who have their own delivery systems can use them for deliveries made on BuzzyStores. All you need is to register your delivery systems on our BuzzyDispatch App to accept, pick and dispatch orders from Clients as they come in. BuzzyStores is ready to dispatch goods also outside your local jurisdiction through our BuzzyDispatch, CoDispatch and PartnerDispatch options.
Orders made on BuzzyStores platform will be delivered to Clients in the most reliable & fastest way possible. Delivery time will vary depending on Clients’ location. BuzzyStores will use BuzzyGeo technology to locate Clients’ preferred goods closer to Clients for fastest delivery.

Trust & Transparency is BuzzyStores Value. All BuzzyPartners have access to their BuzzyPartner Panel to get full analytics visibility to manage their performance and enable greater results. We will add new metrics as we go per needs of BuzzyPartners.
Clients can use on BuzzyStores the payment methods per their preference: cash-on-delivery or pay online. We gladly accept: Mobile Money, Debit & Credit cards, Bank Transfers with Revolut & Stripe. Please refer to BuzzyStores payment methods here
All BuzzyStores Partners may monitor their sales online via BuzzyPartner Panel and receive payments on their designated bank account. We pay the amount received from Clients with deducted due fees. We execute payments daily, weekly & monthly depending on BuzzyPartners’ sales, promo participation and Clients’ reviews. Please refer for more details here
Connection & Cocreaton is BuzzyStores Value. We hear Customer Voice in 3 ways: 1. We encourage BuzzyClients to do reviews of their orders. 2.
