Terms of Use
User Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Buzzystores ("Buzzystores") and the customer of Buzzystores ("Customer").
Services:
Buzzystores shall provide the services specified in the applicable service agreement to the Customer.
Fees:
The Customer shall pay Buzzystores the fees specified in the applicable service agreement.
Term:
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Customer and shall continue until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property developed by Buzzystores in connection with the services provided pursuant to this Agreement shall be the property of Buzzystores.
Confidentiality:
The Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed in connection with Buzzystores' business and shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the written consent of Buzzystores.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Buzzystores makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services provided under this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability:
Buzzystores' liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the services provided under this Agreement.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
